First of all: to Dela, I send you my deepest condolences on the death of your brother. May he rest in peace. Be strong, dear :)
It's been quite some time since the last time I was obsessed with a film. I remember being obsessed with Howl's Moving Castle and Spirited Away for a certain amount of time that my friends grew tired of me, I think. I've never been obsessed with the Harry Potter series, although I really like them, but I believe there's a difference between 'obsessing' and 'liking'.
Yesterday was the end of a one-week workshop at my school. I celebrated with Flo to a cafe named Le Pan Quotidied. Good food, good interior, reasonable price. Then we went to a bubble tea shop for the first time in Madrid and basically went home afterwards.
When I arrived home, the TV was on and my sister wasn't watching it. It was showing a scene where a beautiful girl in a breathtakingly beautiful dress runs around a masquerade following a mysterious man who seemed to be luring her into some kind of trap. The film follows with scenes where the girl returns to a kind of wasteland and resumes her adventure with her friend, and that's when I finally managed to understand what the film was about. The Spanish title was "Dentro del Laberinto". After the film ended, I googled possible titles of the film (with additional clues like David Bowie and Jennifer Connelly were the main actors of the film) and found "Labyrinth".
And I spend half the night making fan arts of the film, googling images about the film, and such things one would do when they are obsessed.
